Absolutely, "LAUREL," there is no " Y" sound anywhere (although on the TV it sounds like he says "Y" like "Yaurel". On TV, the host said if you hear "Yanny", you are more intelligent!! And I know English. Boo Hoo!!

I heard yanny the first time I listened to it earlier today. I hear laurel now, listening to the same recording, in the same room of my house. It's weird.
