You say Jimmy Carter was a bad President. That is because you don't know what was going on. Nixion had messed up everything. Iran had taken 52 Americans. Reagan was doing secret deals with Iran in order to undercut Carter. Carter's failures were a combination of Nixion and Reagan's actions. Carter's failed attempt to rescue those 52 Americans was most likely Reagan's doing.

Obama once polled as the worst president since WWII. (Quinnipiac 2014) The left has done a decent job of burying it, but it can still be found.
Of course Pedo  Hitler is still worse than Obama.
