K&R Cafeteria will it survive here?

Is this cafeteria a take out only place? That old Shoe Show wasn't that big to have a cafeteria line and tables to eat at too. I just hope it is good food.

I went to your local Walmark today and drove by and the sign says K&R cafeteria opening soon. I must report there was No one in the Donut shop in Walmark.The old timers must have known today was Screaming Kid/Mommy day and stayed away.

K&W has good food, but it is more expensive due to paying by the plate. They do have deals sometimes: meat, veg, roll and drink. (Don't quote me on that.) It would be a good alternative to meals on Sun and the weekends. There are also J&S, but I have not heard of a K&R.

I hope it is a true cafeteria like K&W where you go through the line and pick what you want, each item is priced separately. We have 2 or 3 Italian places already. I would definately try the cafeteria.

Their other restaurant has a different name, A Taste of Italy in Yadkinville.

May I ask where you the K & R was at that you ate at Troubled? I have googled them and have not found a thing on them. Thanks.

Is this true? I never shop at WalMart so I haven't seen anything new being built there. I haven't been there in years but I did like K&W back in the day. If this is true I will give them a try. I don't care about price as long as it's good food. You get what you pay for. $5 combos are not good food.

I think it's a mistake for any chain to come to Wilkes. There is not enough depth of skill or talent in the pool.
