It's disgusting that these people are friends with some court officials. How can there be a fair trial when family members etc have contact with those delving out justice?

That is really funny, he also told me the same story , that he worked as law enforcement and said he worked to clean up the streets. What a joke that is. He did NOT work for any type of law enforcement . He stated some very crazy and unbelievable stuff to me, stuff that you just know is not true. He had claimed to have been the one to start the computer program "windows" and bill gates stoled his idea from him, also that he has a way bigger pawn shop with way more stuff than any of the pawn guys you see on t.v. he is just really full of his self. I just can't believe all these years he wasent already locked up for some of the stuff he has done, it seems he had just enough money to get by with all the wrong hes did, I just hope this time he gets what he deserves.

I wish they would release the story to the paper. I know him pretty well and i cant see him messing with a child. Maybe someone that was 16 or 17 and said they where 18.

I am surprised he got arrested to start with.He told my husband he was in law enforcment.Like he was an undercover in the Mt. View area.That he reported all suspisious stuff to his superiors.I guess they don't like coips that rape kids.

Legal system works like this.

More money you can give the more freedom you can buy.
If you are charged you are guilty in the eyes of all those that are innocent. Now when those taht are innocent commit any crime they are not guilty in their own eyes.

Do the crime, do the time.

Everyone with a child at Mt. View School needs to keep a good eye on their children.You neve know what a child molester might do.I wouldnt want him to hurt another child.

anyone that personally knows him knows that he is very very capable of doing what hes been charged with. Like it was stated earlier in this thread, these charges are ones that cant just be handed down to someone, there is deff. Evidence to back these charges. Even if the girl was not kidnapped but possibly persuaded him to come pick her up, WHAT 44 YEAR OLD MAN HAS SEX WITH A 17 YEAR OLD OR FOR THAT MATTER ANY AGE UNDER 18 **** EVEN LIKE 21.... He has to be sick in the head. But Im sure he was fooled and she said she was 18!!!! He's just a sick person that deserves to sit in jail/prison for a long while, for the girl from V.A to all the women he **** from before.... LET JUSTICE TAKE ITS COURSE!!!!

True he has not been convicted, but if he was released from jail, charges drooped and the police chief sent a letter to every house in the county, he WOULD still be called a criminal. He has been arrested, tried, judged and sentenced right here in the eyes of the public. Personally I have dealt with the guy, should have escalated it farther than I did, again in my opinion he did the crime he is charged with, probably with the 17 year old girl that went missing a couple weeks ago in Virginia, and was found in Hays, so let him rot in jail.

Now back to the **** that got arrested, someone said they knew this guy beat his girlfriend so why did you not say something to him or someone else? If i had a "friend" that beat his girlfriend, he would be the one getting beat.

The dude has not been convicted of a crime, just accused, so I wouldn't say a child molester until proven guilty in a court of law. Loose lips have been known to sink ships. None of us know the true story which should come out in the trial.

I remember he was dating a 17 yr old and he kept her up stairs all the time ,she always acted kinda strange when she was in the shop (small blonde haired girl)..I always felt somthing was wrong with her and she had a 2 yr old lil girl at the time .sad sad sad .
