Plus, that crap the DOT sprays on the roads in the winter eats them up so bad, there's usually nothing left to turn. I had a brand new vehicle that at the first brake job needed new rotors.

New ones are built so thin its not worth it to turn them anymore. Go to advance or oriellys and buy some with a life time warranty and just keep replacing them for free after that

People still get rotors turned? I usually just buy new ones every time I get my brakes done.
