IMO, these things are novelty items, something you show your friends when they visit, not what you depend on when your life is on the line.

Joe, have you ever shot a double Tapp? This thing looks more uncomfortable than those to shoot. The grip is thin metal that would bite into your hand

They aren't going through detectors any differently than other guns.

These are actually pretty scary! It looks like they're designed to help people get guns in places that don't allow them. Like courtrooms.
