The sun rotates. The earth rotates and obits the sun. The entire solar system obits the Galaxy every 125 million years. So it is all moving.

Simple.
Democrat regimes have wasted so much of the world's capital that we haven't been able to afford all the recommended maintenance. We're overdue. That may also be the engine of Hlobal Warming, BTW.
Maybe a succession of Republican presidents here and likeminded leaders in the rest of the world can get us back on track.
