The American flag is next folks......you ready for that?
We was talking about that at work and that may be what's next, sad but true. To me taking down historical monuments because it offends certain people is really silly in my opinion. That being said the reason I say that is because where do we stop doing things to appease everyone. My point is if I see a monument and it's a confederate monument to me it represents a part of our history that says it's better to be united than divided because a nation is only strong united. You can't hide history even the ugly part of it especially taking down monuments that represent that but you can learn from it and understand we all may be offended by anything but we all are one nation despite our differences.
