It IS NOT the JP's fault. The fault lies with the low down irresponsible parents, an overzealous, agenda based DSS (remember our local DSS was recently heavily scrutinized by a state investigation), or a combination of the two thing. We should be lucky if people from all over know what's happening around here...and care.

I agree with Heps...these folks do their dangest to make themselves look bad...but give them credit..
