I agree with Helen when it comes to actual steaks.

But I prefer H57 on hamburger steaks and philly cheese steaks.

My opinion is that even the best steaks could be that much better with a touch A1.....then again I eat pork chops with A1......and fries......and HB steaks..... And hamburgers.

The steak should be aged and seasoned yielding an culinary delight. Siding it with commercialized steak sauce lowers it to gutteral levels.

This is a rhetorical question because the only choice is A1....

...that being said, does A1 ruin a GOOD steak, or enhance it?

My vote is enhance..... Now if u drown the steak in A1 that's no good, but just a little bit with some melted butter running off the steak.....that's the golden ticket.
