Traveling north on highway NC 16 about 30 miles north of Wilkesboro, there is a fenced parking lot full of new white vans - no plates. Looks like about 250+! Window stickers still on them and yellow numbers written in yellow grease pencil on the windshields.



Wondering who owns them?
