dirtracer00 This place has been closed for at least three years s.yelrah I ate there two times and it is run down and only 30 mintes till closing and they all stood around waiting for us to leave. I would not go back stumped Mom1012 you must be crazy!!! I have been out to this establishment on many occasions and truth be known if it wasn't for the evening management I wouldn't have been back. foodcritique The best food I have ever eat. The night shift is awesome and staff is great. All smiles and courteous. The lady manager seemed to be very nice and make sure we were all taken care of. Couldn't ask for much more. Not sure about the previous statement but it looked to me she was the main person working.. mom1012 We eat @ Brushy Mountain Cafe about 1-2 times a week & never do you get the same guilty of food. The young lady that does the cooking of the evenings always seems to have an attitude with the wait staff & the evening "manager" if you will is not very professional at all...just walk right up to a table & sit down while people is trying to eat a meal...to me this is nothing short of RUDE! Then you have the "managers" son's girlfriend that hangs out, really I thought this was a restaurant...she don't need to be hanging out. Depending on the mood that the cook is in when you are there you will get great food or not so good food. Now for the wait staff they have 2 of the best waitresses on the evening shift that will make sure you the customer gets what you order even if it causes them to be screamed at by the cook & "manager" as neither of them like to have to correct something that is wrong...it's always blamed on the waitresses no matter what it is...wait staff aren't the ones cooking...the cook (young lady) is & the "manager" does some. I have seen & heard both the young lady cooking & the "manager" yell, scream & even cuss at them if they bring something back to them even if the food is COLD that is took back. I just don't think this is the way that a restaurant needs to run...Jeff you need to do something ASAP...as your evening "manager" has you really fooled!!! saturdaynight stingy on servings, eat a meal and still hungry. Service slow. ms_harley2u Brushy Mtn Cafe has one of the best breakfast in town, good brown gravy & biscuits, tenderloin, bacon, eggs, just everything we have tried has been very tasty and great service from all the staff! Keep up the good work! Affordable prices too! breakingfree16 This is the best you will get in Millers Creek. If you can't afford the prices, I suggest cooking it yourself. tsisd Expected better when they opened. Breakfast is good, but I once got undercooked tenderloin. Also too expensive. Quality needs to improve to justify prices. KYgirl Great pancakes, very large. The sandwitches are expensive, charge for egg sandwitch then add extra for tomato..A egg, tenderloin and tomato sandwitch with tea will end up costing close to $7.00.You can buy the same thing across the street $1.50 to $2.00 cheaper.Lunch or dinner is higher unless you get the special, then the portians are in small little bowls.Expensive for what you get.Over-all clean place but high for what you get FOODLOVER64 Thanks Mom for breakfast. It was just like eating at home only better. Great food at an affordable price. |
