LOW COST Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is subsidized to donations made to the ALL VOLUNTEER Humane Society of Wilkes.

FOR DETAILS on program and what you need to bring to sign up please click on "Spay Neuter Assistance Program" at the Wilkes County Library on any Tuesday. All details are the same for sign up in Ronda.
