The State Employees' Credit Union is hosting a 5K where participants can dress as their favorite superhero and run or walk a 5k at Wilkes Community College on October 8, 2016. All proceeds will benefit the SECU Family House in Winston Salem. Cost is $25 for adults and $10 for kids 15 and under. Registration forms can be picked up at the SECU branch located at 1100 Brushy Mountain Road, Wilkesboro or you can call Tamika Parks or Brenna Spears at 336-667-5288.
