Eckerd�s Short Term Residential Campus in Boomer is hosting their Annual Golf Fundraiser on May 14, 2015. Eckerd is a national nonprofit organization that has given second chances to more than 150,000 children and families since 1968. All our services strengthen families and help children succeed. Eckerd is known as the first name in second chances because of our 45 year history of success, our unmatched breadth and depth of services and our commitment to performance measurement and quality outcomes. Our vision is to ensure every child has an opportunity to succeed. All proceeds will help to enable Eckerd programs towards enriching young men & women and their families to experience much needed second chances, as well as prepare them for future successes. Lunch will be provided by Big Tom�s Pizza & Wings. Door prizes include (4) 1-day hopper passes to Disney World, Cobra Men�s AMP Cell Driver, themed gift baskets and much more. Raffle tickets will be available at the event. Must be present to win.
[Rain date: May 18, 2015]. Registration starts at 10:00am. Lunch is from 11:00-12:30pm. The event begins 1:00pm with a shot gun start. Awards presentation will begin at 5:30pm. 1 foursome, including lunch, costs $280. Hole Sponsorship is $150 which will allow you to represent yourself or company with signage at a particular hole on one tee on the golf course. Bronze Sponsor is $200.00 and includes one Hole Sponsor and Club House Sponsor, which gives you recognition on our event banner and on one hole. Gold Sponsorship is $430 and includes 1 foursome, 1 Hole Sponsorship and Club House Sponsorship.
