Open House at the Black Cat Station on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 and everybody is invited to come have some fun with the trains. There is NO Admission fee as we are a non-profit organization ((501-C3) but we very much appreciate donations to help defray costs of operations and repairs. Hours are from 10 am. till 2:00 PM. We have 2 layouts for the tykes to play with and run on their own and a Large HO-Scale for the Big people (though tykes can enjoy these too) running at least 10 trains at the same time. We have loosely recreated the town of North Wilkesboro in the 1950's around the Depot area which brings a little nostalgia to the "older generation".
