Open House at Black Cat Railroad Station on October 11th.,2014 and everyone is invited to come and have lots of fun with the trains. Young and young at Heart will have a blast. For the tykes we have two lay outs of Thomas The Tank, one electric and one manual, which they can run on their own to their hearts content. You will usually have to take them home almost by force. For the Young at heart we have at least 10 trains running at the same time. We have loosely re-created the Town of North Wilkesboro in the 1950's around the Depot area, which brings a little nostalgia to the older folks. As we are a non-profit organization (501-C3) there is NO Admission fee, however donations are greatly appreciated to help defray costs of operations and upkeep of equipment.
