Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 12:00pm at the Wilkes County Library; please join us for lunch to observe National Healthcare Decision Day. Jody Yaeger, RN, BS, CCM Care Management Coordinator, Palliative Care Coordinator and Debbie Montgomery RN, BSN, CCM Palliative Care Manager from Northwest Community Care Network will speak about Living Wills, Health Care Advance Directives and HealthCare Power of Attorneys. This luncheon is sponsored by the library and will be catered by Dean's Southern Bistro.
