Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00pm, Andrew Williams, son of Allen and Gail Williams, will be at the Wilkes County Public Library on for a book talk event in which he will share more about his crime novel, The Last Heist, which was published on March 3, 2016, by Lulu, an online print-on-demand, self-publishing and distribution platform.

The last Heist is the story which follows Joey, a career bank robber. Upon his release from prison into a world he doesn't understand, he and his friends are forced to make shady alliances as they are drawn deeper into a life of crime. It is when they have only themselves to trust that they are forced to make a decision that could change their lives forever...

Andrew Williams is a native of Wilkes County, He is a 2016 graduate of North Wilkes High School. He is a member of Round Mountain Baptist Church, Hays, NC. Andrew want to go to college and major in architecture, but he enjoys writing. He hopes to increase his writing skills and write more books in the future.
