better health and wellbeing for all ages

A heart attack survivor, American Heart Association supporter, and volunteer.

Heart Health: the different warning signs for a heart attack and how to make heart-healthy lifestyle changes to prevent heart disease and stroke.

Dinner sponsored by Wilkes County Public Library
Catered by Dean's Southern Bistro

Dinner will be provided for the first 30 registrants. Registration is required.

Sessions will be held at the Wilkes County Library
in the Friends Meeting Room.
