Certified Professional Food Manager Course & Test through Prometrics. Same class the Health Department offers and complies with Health Inspector guidelines for North Carolina. We have a lovely new training facility. Course is offered in many languages as well as the test. The class will be in English only.

Repeat tests only are available $40.00 each. Test only is offered on Wednesday's 8am-10am. Must be preregistered and paid in full to attend either the class or the repeat testing.

We strive for excellence! Our passing averages are high because our students are given the best instruction and support available.

$125.00 per student. Must register in advance at same location of class & collect your class manual.
