Belk of Wilkesboro and Blue Ridge Opportunity Commission, Inc. will partner to present the 2014 Glitz & Glamour Spring Fashion Show. Proceeds will benefit BROC's Emergency Assistance Program. Advance tickets can be purchased at Belk of Wilkesboro and J Jules, Griffin Sports and the BROC office in North Wilkesboro.
