10th Annual Shine to Wine Festival, featuring NC wines, brews and spirits. Entertainment sponsored by Window World includes The Mark Roberts Band and the Graybyrds. Food, arts and crafts vendors will be there as well. This year's event will take place on the CBD Loop large parking deck in downtown North Wilkesboro.

Advance tasting tickets $15 at Lowes Foods and Just Save stores, at Ivy Ridge Traditions, Quick Frame and NW own Hall, also online at Etix.com. $20 at the gate
