My experience was awful with this renter, I am a black man and have three beautiful little girls with my darling wife.. we both work hard, every day to make a living and provide for our daughters. This landlord "Tim" kicked us out for absolutely no reason at all! We was only there for six months and never got behind on our rent or any other bills for that matter. One day he stops by AND tells us we owe him for three months rent.. what?? That was ridiculous. We had always stayed caught up on rent , come to find out he was trying to keep our 600 dollar deposit. He's done this same thing to already the last two families that's lived there. I happen to know both them ppl, they are family. Now we're struggling to make ends meet.
