Where I once worked, the manager was known for helping himself to other people's food,,,you could write your name on it, tell him not to touch it, and he would eat whatever he wanted to anyway.
He was especially fond of desserts.
Can you imagine going to the breakroom fridge, with your tastebuds anticipating whatever you had in there, only to find it gone,? Fnally, I went to ****'s bakery, and bought a wonderful piece of chocolate cake, and went to the drugstore for a coupla Ex-Lax bars. I shaved them ALL OVER that piece of cake, and wrote my name on it, and a note that said "DO NOT EAT!"
He ate it, and later that afternoon was in the bathroom. His arse was burning, because he had also eaten wings.
Later, he was furious with me and had HR from Raleigh come to our location to hash it out. He wanted me fired. HR laughed and said that he had no grounds. He tried to say I poisoned him....lol
And Sarge, he was white, you stupid, racist, inbred, pig

Those snacks were probably getting some age on them,time to re-stock with fresh snacks.The Kid is innocent but the Mom is the guilty one! Life is Short!
I was going to write that but it being me would have just been a big ole stink......glad someone pointed it out.

She's white as white can be. I have shared food before with her and other workers but she just seems to think it was ok for him to just help himself. pdtw, sorry that happened to you. If that coworker would do that in plain sight I hate to think what they do when no one is looking.

I'm never surprised at what people do and think is okay. Jillmonroe, see what you think of my similar story.
I had a cup of wrapped hard candy on my desk one time and a coworker just came up and emptied it out in their hands (both hands, cupped to hold it all), smiled and walked off! I think I just sat there in shock with my mouth open! I didn't hear a "Can I have some candy?" or "Do you mind?" or even "thank you"!! Needless to say, I never had even one piece of candy laying on my desk after that.
Folks are just plain rude and inconsiderate!

Can't believe this mom thinks it's ok to feed her child your candy, or any large amount of candy. Surely you can keep your stash somewhere else. The mother should bring her child a sandwich or something.

Yeah, I'd be mad for a minute or two but then I'd get over it because life's too short!

Thanks guys. This co-worker does not intend on buying any snacks. Guess I will just start packing snacks every day or clear out my desk when "Little Johnny" is not in school. He comes to work with mom on many of those days during the school year. I am just glad he stayed out of work on my desk. That would be one headache.
