I watched a documentary about valuable minerals on the Moon and the private contractors space race to be the ones to mine its wealth. In the next couple of decades this will become a real issue but private enterprise will be the main player with government support.

I think there's a treaty about moon ownership. Even if there is, I bet no one would stop someone from going up there and setting up their likker still.
