Do you really think if he had tax problems that Lois Unlearned and the IRS would not have made charges by now.

Fins your statement is misleading.

If you want Nancy's returns then pay for them.

About the Reporting Requirements

Members of Congress, candidates for federal office, senior congressional staff, nominees for executive branch positions, Cabinet members, the president and vice president and Supreme Court justices are required by the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to file annual reports disclosing their personal finances. Compliance and enforcement of this requirement is overseen by the congressional ethics committees, the ethics offices of government agencies and, in the case of executive branch officials, the U.S. Office of Government Ethics.

These forms record earned and unearned income, assets and related transactions, liabilities, contributions made in lieu of honoraria, gifts received, non-governmental positions held, travel that was paid for or for which the filer was reimbursed, and various agreements into which the filer has entered. Information relating to the spouse and dependent children of the filer is also reported in many cases.

Your report may be disclosed within 30 days by the Secretary of the Senate to any requesting person pursuant to § 105 of the Act or as otherwise authorized by law.

PUBLIC ACCESS:

Any person requesting a copy of a report may be required to pay a reasonable fee to cover the cost of reproduction and mailing. You may inspect applications for public access of your own form upon request at the Office of Public Records, 232 Hart Senate Building, Washington, D.C. 20510. Except for unsuccessful candidates, all disclosure reports shall remain available for public inspection for a period of six years after receipt.

Honestly, I don't really care about Trump's tax returns. He is a liar and a cheat so I'm assuming his taxes will reflect the same. He swindle people out of tuition monies. He has refused to pay contactors and has been sued multiple times for that fact. He has filed bankruptcy multiple times and borrowed money from Russians.

What's his taxes going to say, that he still claims Eric as a dependent?

Many of the members of congress have become multi-millionaires while serving the public. We should be reviewing their tax returns for the years they were on our payroll.

On an annual salary of $174,000 to $223,500 the members of congress are not making enough to become multi-millionaires while in office. Yet many do.

How much they make before serving the public is none of our business unless it was illegal. But that would be the job of the IRS to catch.

Mnuchin says it unlawful to share your tax returns.

What’s the historical data of congress trying to force a president to release personal information? If they think a president should always release tax returns, then they should have already released theirs too. What is Nancy trying to hide?

What’s the historical (well, since Nixon) data concerning members of Congress of either party releasing that information, especially as compared to the precedent set by presidential candidates during that same time period?

well, if you read the article, yes, they were asked for their tax returns. But most never even responded. But it doesn’t matter if anyone has asked for them. If they are going to force the president to turn over his returns, they should release their own. Not doing so is hypocritical.

They all should.

Everyone of them.

I guess the question is, has anyone asked for them?

Only 12 members of Congress have released their full tax returns. 473 members haven’t released anything at all.
