Can I ask which church you're a member at?

Considering it was 5km deep it would be some noise. Shallow. Old mountains stretching them joints.

Ok USGS says the quake happened at 4:49 am UTC Sunday which should be 12:49 am EST which is UTC -4. Some sites are listing the time wrong.

I believe the eathquake was at 9:57 pm so what ya'll heard after midnight was something else.

I thought something fell on my house and when I went outside to look, my dog was so scared it was like a black streak of lightening coming through my door he came in the house so fast.

Has anyone else noticed these earthquakes are ocurring where there are hotbeds of republicans. Probably just coincidence but I'm not taking any chances.

Most likely tannerite. I can setup a system to instantly pinpoint any very loud sound in Wilkes 640 sq. miles within 30 ft. for only $2.5 million.

Earthquakes rarely boom. Earthquakes start all quiet like, and rumble.

It might sound crazy but I swear I saw something fall from the sky and I live in North Wilkesboro

Checked all of the seismograph websites I can find. Don't see anything about an earthquake within even a thousand kilometers of here. Might just be that it hasn't been reported yet, but I don't think it was an earthquake.

My first thought was a small earthquake. Only.happened once and so far nothing else. Weird.

We felt it here near Parsonsville. We heard something about near West High.

It sounded like it rolled across the ground before hitting the house, then silence.

Rattled the walls and windows in Purlear too. My first thought was earthquake, but I'm not sure.

Possibly a big gas tank or something too

In Ferguson I have not felt or heard nothing, I think it is possible to be an explosion or plane wreck in the millers creek area, that the only things I can think of, if it was an earthquake then most of wilkesboro and other counties should have felt it too

We heard it too. Shook the house. Felt like a small earthquake?
