Simply not true. Race is pure pigmentation. Genetic code is unique for every individual. With no racial differences. |
Actually, he's right about the genetic differences -
As far as classification of human beings is concerned, race refers to such classification based upon various parameters such as genetic and biological traits, language, culture, traditions, and social practices. The basic parameter for racial classification, however, remains genetic composition which manifests externally as one's anatomical appearance. There are four basic races of humanity - Caucasoid, Mongoloid, Negroid, and Australoid - along with their various subraces (as a result of biological interaction of people belonging to different races) that can be seen on Earth at present.http://www.buzzle.com/artic...races.html

For a group founded in 1866 to be spouting anything for 200 years it must be true. You're a mathematical, intellectual genius!!!! ****!

I'd rather my kid bring home a decent person of any color than to bring home white trash or a ****. When I use the N word, it pretty much means black trash. So if you hear me call you white trash, then you know you rank right with an N. Decent white folks are "white folks", decent black folks are "black folks". -StirringPrick
This is the same hate speech the KKK spouted for 200 years. This is racism.
And ignorant.

Maybe someone could top it and start a thread on the best methods for churning butter. I cannot believe that people are still caught up in the color, the freaking pigmentation of an individual's skin. Lord help us all!!

You have to remember that Wilkes and the surrounding counties are still very antiquated and intolerant in how people are treated. http://zipatlas.com/us/nc/c...lation.htmcheck out the table and look at the %s

Like I said before I would care either way. As long as he treated my daughter right, I wouldn't have issue with the color.

Don't be surprised alone, I'm sure at some point we will see a thread like that. Lol. I really wish people would get over race, sexuality. All people have a right to be here, no matter who likes it or not! Some morons just can't seem to process that reality.

ask and you shall receive: http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...ern_humansIn paleoanthropology, the recent African origin of modern humans, or the "Out of Africa" theory, is the most widely accepted model of the geographic origin and early migration of anatomically modern humans. This model has incorporated the 2010 discovery of genetic evidence for some archaic human admixture with modern Homo sapiens. [1] The theory is called the "(Recent) Out-of-Africa" model in the popular press, and academically the "recent single-origin hypothesis" ( RSOH), "Replacement Hypothesis", and "Recent African Origin" ( RAO) model. The concept was speculative until the 1980s, when it was corroborated by a study of present-day mitochondrial DNA, combined with evidence based on physical anthropology of archaic specimens. Genetic studies and fossil evidence show that archaic Homo sapiens evolved to anatomically modern humans solely in Africa, between 200,000 and 60,000 years ago, [2] that members of one branch of Homo sapiens left Africa by between 125,000 and 60,000 years ago, and that over time these humans replaced earlier human populations such as Neanderthals and Homo erectus. [3] The date of the earliest successful "out of Africa" migration (earliest migrants with living descendants) has generally been placed at 60,000 years ago as suggested by genetics, although migration out of the continent may have taken place as early as 125,000 years ago according to Arabian archaeology finds of tools in the region. [4] A 2013 paper reported that a previously unknown lineage had been found, which pushed the estimated date for the most recent common ancestor (Y-MRCA) back to 338,000 years ago. [The recent single origin of modern humans in East Africa is the predominant position held within the scientific community. [6][7][8][9][10] There are differing theories on whether there was a single exodus or several. A multiple dispersal model involves the Southern Dispersal theory, [11] which has gained support in recent years from genetic, linguistic and archaeological evidence. A growing number of researchers also suspect that "long-neglected North Africa" was the original home of the modern humans who first trekked out of the continent

I have what the racists will no doubt think of as bad, sad news:
http://science.howstuffwork...cestor.htm
In 1987, a group of geneticists published a surprising study in the journal Nature. The researchers examined the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) taken from 147 people across all of today's major racial groups. These researchers found that the lineage of all people alive today falls on one of two branches in humanity's family tree. One of these branches consists of nothing but African lineage, the other contains all other groups, including some African lineage. Even more impressive, the geneticists concluded that every person on Earth right now can trace his or her lineage back to a single common female ancestor who lived around 200,000 years ago. Because one entire branch of human lineage is of African origin and the other contains African lineage as well, the study's authors concluded Africa is the place where this woman lived.

I don't have a daughter but if my sons brought a black woman home, I wouldn't think anything about it, I don't care if that person was black, Hispanic or blue for that matter, if he loved her and their was mutual respect between them, age is a problem though I agree at 14 yrs. Old your child shouldn't be bringing anyone home!
