What if? Children were raised to be respectful responsible adults instead of spoiled little ****s. If parents actually took time to raise their kids and taught them right from wrong we wouldn't hear so much of this happening.

My guess is many teachers would snap because they deal with everyones precious little poop heads so much. instead of having daily, weekly or monthly school shootings, there would be hourly school shootings

Many will probably say that 'violence begets violence,' but I believe that if those teachers who wanted to carry a concealed weapon and had good training in firearms, a lot of lives might have been saved. The first thing I thought of when the Florida news about the school shooting was "they were completely defenseless against a maniac with a semi-automatic rifle." If only one life had been spared because one of the teachers or the coach had put him down, it would have been worth it. Imagine what might have transpired if that coach who took gunfire for those 3 students had had a weapon. The key here is good, military-type training in defensive weapon application. I'm for it.
