Before there were landfills and plastic bottles I could usually find enough pop bottles along the side of the roads and in "junkholes" to get some fishin' money.

Yard sales, mow grandparents yard, work out an allowance agreement for chores done around the house (without being told). Also sold lemonade at the yard sales. Save birthday and Christmas money. Save money I found in random places. I did learn to always do the laundry, particularly the load with pants and jeans. Sometimes there was money in those pockets my parents forgot about.

Every Sunday Night I would get money for the coming week for such things as junk food, movies after school and anything else I needed money for.
