I've never heard of taking cod liver oil to sleep. The name sounds grouse lol but I will buy some and try it. Cod liver oil what a name for something you eat or drink. Thank you for you input learntofly.

As for me, sometimes I have those nights. I find myself talking to myself, "Just go to sleep...go to sleep". Turn off the TV and don't touch any electronics. If you like the light off, do so.

My husband takes a cod liver oil pill shortly before bedtime. Then he's out and out for good!

I suffer from insomnia and it has gotten worse in the last six months. It is about to drive me crazy. I will get sleepy in the evening but when it gets close to bed time I'm wide awake. Does anyone else on here suffer from it? I know GW does not cure it lol that is why I'm on here at night. I wish I could just sleep one night.
