This was just emailed to me, and I thought many of you would find it interesting.

An investigation was done in 2015 by the NY Attorney General, and found that most store-brand supplements from major retailers were pure junk. On average, 79% of the supplements tested had no DNA from the plant on the label.

The worst was Walmart:

Walgreens was a little better, matching only 18% of the time.

GNC was only marginally better, matching only 21% of the time.

This means that if you buy supplements from Walmart, 96% of it is just filler.
