Oh, if you're talking about an incident where a friend of mine got into a fight with someone back in the early 80's. Yes, I went to court with her at that time. Like I've said, I haven't been in a court room since I was 16 years old for any reason.

i am a family member of his and came here to

be athis side because i was there in Georgia
(that was all a wash and had something to do with a lawyer )

and in flordia he had a business partener who ran with his money

I wasn't in court on July 22nd. I was at work. I haven't been in a court room since I was 16 and that was when I had a wreck and had to appear for a traffic violation.

What we know without a doubt, he is at least a double convicted felon, wanted in two other states.. He broke probation in GA, and has a debt there of over $15,000. In Florida he is also wanted under a felony wanted.

If this man was serious about wanting to make this work, then he would have dealt with his other commitments first. If he was honest, then he would have done the right thing concerning his past.
I have no idea how you can say we have him prejudged, when Florida and Georgia have both judged him for us, before we ever met him.
If he was on the up and up, then how is it that he claimed he was indigent. Indigent is not the word you would use for a land, and track developer.
