They are trying to convince us that what we read in paper is totally wrong, and FL and GA are also wrong and the man is a saint. He does have the poverty thing down. well call me slow but after reading the artical you

referred to about charles it all comes down to this

the blonde started crying wolf and charles wasnt given the tiime

he needed to do all that he had planned meaning that none of his

plans COULD happen due to the fact that everyone thought that
a series

could happen over night like the person who contracted for the

series deceided to renigg on what she had signed and just all of a sudden

changed her mind and my point being NOBODY can do a series overnight

Collins also wrote a bad check to Wade Boone of Boone Enterprises for $5,440.50. The check was to pay for inflatable slides and games, a dunking booth and other carnival-type items for an "open house" at the speedway on Saturday, May 8.

I cannot see how Meyers had anything to do with either one of those incidents. Now if you know how she made him write bad checks all over the place, and let's not forget the men who worked to clean up the race track, and were never paid. Collins said he was going to the bank and get their money, leaving them at the track, not coming back.

As long as you keep stirring things up on this message board, the longer, and more upset people will become. Most of us know April Meyers as a legitimate racer, and respect her for standing up for what is right. You on the other hand are telling us that the convicted felonies that Collins is wanted for are just misunderstandings, and that restitution that Collins owes for $15,000 means nothing. Also that Collins swore in court he has no funds, no income, no savings, and has no means of supporting himself, has no bearing on him being someone who can develop a race track resort, with an Arnold Palmer designed golf course, Space needle with two revolving restaurants, and lets not forget the hotel.
Of course none of that takes any personal funds.

Sorry guys I have to post this....First of all let me get one thing straight I never went to any of his sponsors and I never told any of them not to sponsor him, that was the 2 sales guys that did that not me so keep me out of that. Second of all I am still a race car driver I race at BOWMAN GRAY STADIUM if ya like come see me this Friday night I will be there racing doing what I love and will continue to do it.
