I'm just going to say it... if you are a male teacher or a white cop, you are insane. It's not a question of if you will at some point get in trouble, it's a question of when.

It doesn't even have to be true. We are in a time of society that a rumor or accusation has just as much power (if not more) than reality.

Give the wrong kid a bad grade? They'll just claim you touched them, and your life is ruined.

Pull over the wrong person and give them a ticket? They'll just claim that you said something racist or sexist, and your life is ruined.

It's just not worth the risk, and I wouldn't do either job for all the money in the world.
