I'm not saying Minton lied or didn't lie. I still hold that the SBI did an investigation, came up with a conclusion, and how is the DA supposed to charge anything otherwise? That's all.

Minton is known to be dishonest in other areas of his life. I'd not put lying at work beyond him.
People who grew up with and know minton don't believe his version of the facts. Unfortunately, Clyde can't tell his side.

I'm not saying there aren't unanswered questions. Let's pretend the SBI report was a bunch of crap. The DA can't just fabricate an alternate story and run with it. ??

Horner needs to do a little descending because he dosen't seem to have any common sense. I wonder if a jury in the civil case was to consider this blatant lie what the outcome of a law suit would be.

I don't believe anyone lied in this case. Like dog said, no charges were ever filed against Minton. So our judicial system did it's job.

| According to a statement made by Minton, Clyde came down from the tree stand with his shotgun cradled in his arms. Is that even possible? I have gone up and down many ladders in my career and can not imagine how that is possible. I tried it and as soon as I reach for a rung the shotgun falls to the ground. Clyde must have had some magical power to do this or Mark is lying.

I would have shot coffee too..if he pointed a shotgun at me like he did to Mark...and that is the real facts...If Mark was in the wrong....then why did the SBI clear him????
