"He says the announcement involves "the Humanitarian Crisis on our Southern Border." No doubt that if an agreement is made and it includes money for the wall, the "Humanitarian Crisis" will instantly vanish into thin air. The agreement, if it happens, will be the most, biggest, fantastic, bombastic, victory that any president has ever made in the history of the USA. Then again, he may say that there is no agreement and declare a National Emergency and rile up the paranoid s that believe anything he says.
