1048 you are a huge part of the problem but as bad as it pains me ... you are right. I personally know a druggie that live in town and EVERYONE knows it yet nothing ever sticks to him. Not even traffic violations.

It is really a self correcting problem in that if you don't do drugs you wont get poisoned by fentanyl.
