Well....I figured someone who went to the opening last night would have posted something by now....so let us know how things went last night....I assume they will be open again tonight.
good one hippie girl...and if some drunk needed a ride from the round up...I would be more than willing to asssist...however ...i am no preacher ..or judge...everyone has their own demons to take care of...but the facts remain...thank you.
Good report, HaysNC .... I have only been to Rigby's and none of the others ... I enjoy some of the staff there but the rest is just so so, including the food . Is the Round Up another just 'weekends only' place?
I also went there when it was the Circle C....ONCE. I went to use the restroom and saw someone selling drugs to someone that couldnt have been over 17 or 18 years old. I hope that the Roundup isnt like the Circle C.
I never went to the place while it was called The Round Up, I only went while it was the Circle C. I doubt that there is very much difference between them though.
As a person that was once one of the naysayers, I have to say that I did see a few fights at the Circle C (but I also saw fights at Bob's). I also know that there's always someone in every crowd that doesn't know how to deal with their issues, especially when alcohol is involved.
I also have a personal policy of setting a alcohol limit and a time limit for myself. For example, I only allow myself 3 beers in a 3 hour time limit. If for some reason, such as having a DD, I will drink more. I have also been offered a ride home from staff when they thought that I had one too many.
I liked the atmosphere of the Circle C. The people there from the staff all the way down to the customers were approachable. Whenever I went to Bob's or now Rigby's, it seems like the people there are stuck on themselves. The only positive things I can say about Bob's or Rigby's that I can't say about the Circle is that those places serve food. Maybe that should be something that can be considered for The Round Up.
Give us all a break CC CURRY...you are not the mom of the year...blow smoke somewhere else...we all ..as CHRISTIANS ...k now this place has always been a place of fights...alcohol...drugs...prostitution...and violence...
Being the CHRISTIAN u claim u r why r u not down there preaching the word of GOD to all of these lost souls instead of condemning them....just what I thought....talk the talk....but can't walk the walk....hope Jesus has better CHRISTIANS out there who really care about the brothers and sisters in Christ even though they have strayed from GOD....See ya in church Sunday....right
