I never meant to say that RE-"TURD"-I-KINS are generally stupid. I meant to say that stupid people are generally RE-"TURD"-I-KINS AND I believe that this so obviously and universally admitted a principle that I hardly think any gentleman will or can deny it......
Fact is......ALL RE-"TURD"-I-KINS are not necessarily stupid, but most stupid people are ALL WAYS RE-"TURD"-I-KINS......

Of course, "stupid" is subjective. But by most standards, Republicans fit the bill. In September, Public Policy Polling found that "66% of [Donald] Trump's supporters believe that Obama is a Muslim..
. 61% think Obama was not born in the United States." The same poll found that 54 percent of all Republicans believed the President to be a Muslim. (In September, Donald Trump suggested Obama is a Muslim.)
In 2013, then Louisiana Republican Governor Bobby Jindal warned the GOP to "stop being the stupid party."
Jindal said Republican candidates should "stop insulting the intelligence of voters" with offensive and bizarre statements." However, Jindal didn't listen to his own advice; on May 10th, Jindal endorsed Donald Trump. Stupid is as stupid does.

This Franken-rump was not fashioned in a mere eight years, however. The Obama administration suffered only from an acceleration of Republican partisanship, not a change in its character. Instead, the transformation of the Republican base from the conscience-driven party of Lincoln to the anger-driven party of stupid has been a half-century in the making......
Ignorance, racism and rage: The GOP's transformation to the party of stupid started long before Donald Trump......

....and they just get stupider.....Mr> Rump doesn't know the difference between the Quds Force and the Kurds. He can't identify the nuclear triad, the American strategic nuclear arsenal's delivery system.
He thinks the Constitution has 12 Articles rather than seven.
He uses the vocabulary of a fifth grader.
Most ****ing of all, he traffics in off-the-wall conspiracy theories by insinuating that President Obama was born in Kenya and that Ted Cruz's father was involved in the Kennedy assassination.
It is hardly surprising to read Tony Schwartz, the ghostwriter for Mr. Trump's best seller "The Art of the Deal," say, "I seriously doubt that Trump has ever read a book straight through in his adult life."
