all i know is that they have always been good to me and my family ,the staff is so very nice, i just think someone is trying to get nasty about theam because they didnt get there way

We rented a uhall from them a couple of years ago they ened up chargeing us 140. for waht was advertised of 49.95 . They didnt have the truck we reserved (down payment 2 wk in advance ) so we had to take a smaller truck . The truck leaked really bad and ruined several items .they told us they werent responsable for anything and wouldnt even give us a number for the main office . I took it to the carwash and cleaned the truck inside and out because it was raining and they cahrged a 29.95 cleaning fee because of grass on one mud flap .The guy that checked the gas gauge before we left tried to lie about how much gas was in it but I took a picture with my cellphone before we left to prove it . they tried to charge us $20 refueling fee plus 5.00 a gallon for fuel . I caught them in that lie and the guy got realy mad about it I will never step foot there agian nor will i ever refer anyone there

I rented a uhaul from them once and the smell of that office was terrible. I literally thought it smelled like a chicken house. It burned my throat and eyes. That staff was super friendly, but those dogs got on my nerves. I think they were weenie dogs. I don't remember. But it's disrespectful to customers to let your animals yap like those did. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Doesn't sound like much to begin with.

And another thing for the ppl I already reported them for driving on them dealer places all the time cause the only person that's allowed to do that is the owner and I took videos n pics that showes dates

He is a doctor a rip off doctor.I never would buy his junk and from what I heard from ppl he is a crock he has repo ppl car just because they want somewhere else to have a tire changed for
the car else where for cheaper price and he just got mad because he didn't get the money so he told the ppl when he repo it that he repoing due because they changed something on the car. No joke ppl iv seen him do it n like that 95 black mustang n that 2000 mustang he has it's not worth no where near what he asking the black one he asking 8000 for it and it has a crap load of miles on it and its be wrack and the white 2000 mustang he bought from another dealer for 700 buck and jacked up the price til about 4500 for it and yes ppl its been wracked 4 times already so stay away from his lot ppl unless u want to get rip off so bad take my word ppl he is worst then his auto sales

i went by there last week and I saw that man who runs the USED car lot fighting with some old woman and cops where every where. I hope they whopped him up one side and down the other, if you no what i mean.LOL Boy that was one unclean place.

I second the dog urine stench...combine that with the constant high pitched barking of the 2 animals themselves and you have the recipe for a loss of repeat customers. Watched those dogs pee in various places in that office floor and the staff just walked around the puddles...
