It's a common technique of the GOP to try to rewrite history. They keep talking about the investigation against Hunter Biden that found no evidence of wrongdoing, and soon everyone forgets that Trump took in over $1.9 billion in bribes while in office... and sold Presidential pardons for $2 million a pop.

I mean, this is just not the United States that I grew up believing in. When a 22 year old health care worker is working with a terrorist group to steal the Speaker of the House's laptop and sell it to Russia? And the President supports her, along with almost half of the nation?
5 years ago, we would have seen this type of thing in a Tom Cruise movie. Now it's just normal, every day life.

A care worker charged in connection with the Capitol riots has been accused of attempting to steal House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's laptop in order to sell it to Russia. Riley June Williams, 22, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was accused of stealing the laptop by a former partner, who identified her to the FBI after footage emerged of Ms Williams inside the Capitol building. The alleged former partner "stated that Williams intended to send the computer device to a friend in Russia, who then planned to sell the device to SVR, Russia's foreign intelligence service," according to an affidavit.
