looks like Jill and Joseph Jr. both got arrested. both of them are on public record as being arrested last week.
I wonder what happened? These are 2 of our very own taxpayer paid employees on display here folks......

Actually, you can be arrested and held without charge for 72 hours. If a judge is convinced you're a danger to self or anyone then you can be committed and held without charge indefinitely. (Civil Commitment) In most states if you are tried, convicted, and serve time at the expiration of your sentence the state can seek a Civil Commitment against you and if granted hold you indefinitely without charge. Even if and after you have completed any sentence. NC is one of those states.
