Gay boys of Wilkes- no, I am a life long Republican that believes it's wrong to use God, sell votes, abuse women, fail to pay debts and kill animals for sport. And no, what I've been doing it's calling the POS what he is.

Don't forget the claims of his not paying bills to Wilkes County folks, not paying for house owned by second wife that he lives in, cheating, married 3 times working on #4, dishonest, claims against him of sending out indecent photos to other judges, lying to judge in SC, and is in contempt, and of course dog fighting, betting and gambling, the killing and torture of innocent animals, and the abuse of wife in front of children claim.

So just a regular guy .....We sure want someone like that representing us, don't we? How could we do without someone with all that intelligence and ethics?

Harleigh Jordyn Walsh, 21, identified in court papers as Greene's stepdaughter, took out the criminal complaint with the assault charge. This is a Class A1 misdemeanor, the most serious misdemeanor offense.

Kristi Miller Greene, 47, identified in court papers as Walsh's mother and Stoney Greene's estranged wife, took out the criminal complaint charging domestic criminal trespass. To be charged with this Class 1 misdemeanor, a couple must be living apart and one of the two must be on property of the victim after being forbidden to do so.

Greene, 46, was served with private party warrants with these charges after turning himself in at the magistrates office in the Wilkes County Courthouse Monday morning. He was in custody for less than 30 minutes before being released under an unsecured bond, which Chief Deputy James Summers said was set at $1,500.

Monday afternoon, Walsh filed a complaint and motion for a domestic violence protection order against Stoney Greene. In papers tied to the filing, Walsh said Greene "does always carry a pistol" and "has nothing left to lose. I don't know what he would do."

In response to Walsh's filing, a magistrate signed an ex parte domestic violence protection order Monday saying Greene committed domestic violence acts against Walsh and that she is in danger of this reoccurring.

The ex parte order requires that Greene not "assault, threaten, abuse, follow (or) harass" Walsh; not threaten anyone in her family; and stay at least 250 feet away from Walsh, her residence and her workplace until April 30.

A hearing is set for 9 a.m. April 30 in Wilkes District Court on issuance of a domestic violence protection order, which could be in effect for up to a year but could be extended. On May 22, Greene is scheduled to be back in Wilkes District Court on his two misdemeanor charges.

Affidavits of Kristi Greene and Walsh with their criminal complaints said incidents resulting in the two charges occurred at their home on U.S. 421 West near Wilkesboro about 10 p.m. Saturday. Warrants for Greene's arrest, one for each offense, were issued Sunday.

The warrant charging Greene with domestic criminal trespass said he was at Kristi Greene's home after being forbidden from being there and remained after she ordered him to leave. The warrant said Kristi Greene and Stoney Greene haven't been living together.

In written affidavits they signed for the criminal complaints, Kristi Greene and Walsh both said Greene showed up at their home Saturday night uninvited.

Walsh's affidavit and the warrant charging Greene with assault on a female said he grabbed Walsh by the shoulder and shoved her to the ground. "I am afraid for my safety. I am afraid he could show up at any time," stated Walsh in the affidavit. She said that on April 8, Greene got in her face and verbally abused her at her workplace.

Kristi Greene said in her affidavit that Greene came to her home to leave her dog Saturday night and "was just standing on the porch waiting for someone to come out. We got into a confrontation about what he was doing there and where he had been the day before." She said she repeatedly told Greene to leave and he "tried to take the dog from my daughter and ended up pushing her down and falling to the ground himself."

Kristi Greene said she called 911, but Greene left about five minutes later and a second 911 call was made saying help wasn't needed. "I was afraid for my daughter and myself.... He has displayed anger toward me in the past."

She said Greene in the past balled up his fist and moved it toward her face in a threatening way before hitting a door instead. He also jammed door locks of the home they shared to prevent her from retrieving her possessions, she added.

Isn't the young lady that took out charges of assault on him the same one that he listed as manager and registered agent on his new LLC?

Yes,

Spousal and domestic abuse is NOT just physical. It takes many damaging forms. Hopefully, his current wife and her children can extricate themselves from his downward spiral with minimal damage to their lives.

We all know Mr Greene isn't that smart so let's offer him some advice. Do your time for failing to follow a court order. Then move out of Wilkes and restart your life without being a jerk.
