Hey DumbBell, so you want things to go back to the sixties? Under JFK then LBJ there were more jobs than potential employees. Industry and construction were going gangbusters. Employers were offering low subsidized health insurance premium contributions. Some employers were picking up the complete premium for single employees. Then came the seventies and Nixon! Jobs went overseas, health insurance contributions and interest on car payments were no longer a deductible except for the self-employed. And when his administration caused a recession, he froze wages but not prices. Oh Yeah! I'd go back to the sixties in a heartbeat.

Trump was not impeached by both house an senate. Bill Clinton was.
Also incorrect.
The House of Representatives voted to impeach Clinton in 1998 on strict party lines, but in the Senate trial, Republicans fell short of the two-thirds majority needed to convict. https://billofrightsinstitu...ll-clinton
Trump had the same result: impeached by House, but acquitted by Senate.

Prior to Trump Clinton and JFK were probably the two worst horn dogs to hold the presidency, and Nixon was probably the most corrupt and morally bankrupt. Roll all three into one person and increase all their worst attributes to the power of ten and you have Trump. "THE CHOSEN ONE" my fine white arse!

Unfried, you do remember that Trump was "actually" impeached twice? That's why I list him as the least ethical.
Trump had 2 articles of impeachment against him in 2019, and then a 3rd article of impeachment a week before his term expired.
Nixon was caught on tape committing crimes, and the House had approved 3 articles of impeachment against him. He resigned because impeachment and removal was eminent.
Bill Clinton had 2 articles of impeachment against him in 1998.
From that perspective, the list of least ethical would go Trump, Nixon, then Clinton.

If that were the case Jimmy Carter would be the closest to meeting this requirement, which he was. And Trump would be the furthest from it, which he was. And you could gain weight and still be the biggest loser

In 1960, a Democrat won the Presidency with 303 electoral votes, and Democrats held both Senate and House...
To answer the OP's question, though, I don't know enough about historic Presidents to be fair. Ethically, though, the worst would have to be Nixon and Trump, with Bill Clinton being a close third.
Considering that Trump was impeached twice in one term, the second time with "the most pro-impeachment votes ever from a president's party," he probably should top the list.

If cops should be held to higher standard of conduct than regular citizens, which they should! And if elected officials should be held to a higher standard of conduct than cops or regular citizens, which they should! Should not presidents be held to higher standard of conduct than anyone? If that were the case Jimmy Carter would be the closest to meeting this requirement, which he was. And Trump would be the furthest from it, which he was. Judged by those standards who would be the worst president ever?
