The more I look at the maps, the more it appears we "townies" will end up with cold rain.

I should miss the worst because I'm off Sunday. And since Monday is a holiday maybe most roads will melt off before people go back to work Tuesday morning 😎

M.L.King Day

A chance of snow before 8am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Monday Night

Partly cloudy, with a low around 18.

It looks like Sunday and Monday night might be dangerous to leave the house, but Tuesday and Wednesday should be warm enough to melt it from the roads.

Rosie, I know you think that snow is pretty, but remember that people die from it... wrecks, accidents, and elderly people when the power goes out or they can't get medical help. I would be fine with a foot of snow on the ground if the roads were clear...

So. Allfeces it's your position that GW is a weather expert.... even when what you are saying here isn't even what is predicted

Maybe you should go back to that travel agent work.

I'm so hoping we'll actually get a decent snow this time around! Already got my milk, bread, and eggs at the ready.
