Can you name anyone in Wilkesboro that pays more in taxes than Dr. Cohn?
If not then, yes, he has done more for downtown Wilkesboro than anyone else.
Can you name anyone that whines and complains till they get more money and concessions from Wilkesboro then the Cohns ?

I have mixed feelings about the Cohn's. I know Dr Cohn and respect him personally. However, Dr Cohn is a hard core businessman, a complete capitalist.

Downtown Wilkesboro looks a lot better than it used to.

Did you read the sign out in front of the old Texaco on main street ? . Makes me wanna puke. The Cohn Family saving downtown Wilkesboro !! Never has there been a pack of bigger feeling carpet baggers than the Cohns. If you think for one minute they are doing anything good for anyone or any town than themselves, you are greatly mistaken or never dealt with them. They have sucked the town of Wilkesboro dry for money to do anything they have done downtown. Always wanting the town to front them money for everything and then they claim that they are saving historic Wilkesboro. What a sad joke. Their egos know no bounds.
