Rite Aid on D street used to be spot-on. Lately, not so much. In the past 3 months or so, they have made 3 significant errors with filling our Rxs. One bottle had mixed dosages, some 10mg and some 20mg. Another Rx was filled with and immediate release tab instead of extended release, and the third bottle had quantity 2, but there was only quantity 1. We will be changing pharmacies when our move is complete.
