Restraining Order

As far as my criminal record goes, I wrote a bad check in 1999. There are several "Tammy Love"s in Wilkes.

We did have a fire at our rental on Damascus. A cause for the fire couldn't be determined. We had NO renter's insurance and lost most of our belongings. Why on earth would either of us set that fire without insurance? There were no issues with rent being paid or animosity with our LL there. As far as the well house being burned, explain why we would do that and now have no running water in this dump? It's clear that the well house fire was set from the outside, as the wiring and plastic parts inside are almost untouched by fire. Part of the water line did melt though, leaving us without water. The LL came by yesterday, looked at it, got in his car and left. He has been trying self-help evicted before. We have an appeal trial this October relating to the eviction. We pay our rent to the court clerk's office.

Let me rephrase that, I know that's them in the paper, but not on the offenders search, but do remember once that Nurse Turtle had told me Patricia had went down towards the coast to stay with her family awhile but don't remember exactly where she told me it was. So I don't know whether that's her on offenders or not.

It's them, I know both of them. I have nothing against either but I also found it strange when the doublewide burned, I think they were investigated for arson but can't prove it, there may be another story about them in the JP because I know I read it somewhere.

look under...NCDOC.....both names are listed, with various alias' and felonies.....might be different, some...but it's got to hit one of them.....something stinks about the whole story.....maybe he needs the restraining order.....and I'll tell you, whoever turtle is, he can't be anymore evil than her. She started a tread against Christians putting religious messages on signs in their own church parking lots.

Is he the same one that burned your home before?

Wilkes Fire Marshal Kevin Bounds said the cause of a fire that damaged a doublewide mobile home Wednesday afternoon hasn't been determined and is under investigation as suspicious.

The Broadway Fire Department was dispatched to the fire, which was on Damascus Church Road in the Broadway community, at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday. The Little Brushy Mountain and Wilkesboro fire departments were dispatched to assist.

Bounds said Tammy Love and Patricia Davis rent the mobile home and live there and that only Ms. Davis was home at the time of the fire. He said it belongs to Brandon McGuire, whose address wasn't available.

Bound said the fire started in the dining room and caused about $30,000 in damage to the mobile home and its contents.

Ms. Davis said at the scene that she was vacuuming a floor when she felt an electrical shock and then realized there was a fire. Bounds said no signs of the fire being related to an electrical problem could be found.

Wilkes Emergency Medical Services was dispatched to the scene when Ms. Davis had a seizure while standing outside the mobile home as firefighters worked on the fire.

Bounds said Ms. Davis got a large bird and a large tortoise out of the mobile home after the fire started.

FYI, this is the definition of probable cause, which by the way is what is required for a LEO to obtain a warrant for an individual,
In United States criminal law, probable cause is the standard by which persons acting under the color of law has the grounds to obtain a warrant for, or as an exception to the warrant requirements for, making an arrest or conducting a personal or property search, etc. when criminal charges are being considered.
Remember the OP said that no one saw the person set/start the fire.

What did they say to you about the fire? If the local cops don't want to do their jobs I would call the SBI along with my state rep and senator. The first thing I would do is report the burning of a building to the people below since it is against the law to burn building materials.

We didn't see him set the fire but when we went outside at 2:30am, he was standing near the well house with his wife and son. He was obviously very drunk and shouting h*mophobic slurs and many other explicatives. He has a bit of history with law enforcement and even served a little jail time for destruction of property a few years ago. He's a really big, really scary guy.

Our plumbing at the new place is being done tomorrow. Then all we need is final inspection and we'll be out of here.

So, did the deputies look in the trees?

Do you have any kind of proof....if law enforcement doesn't care to act upon your accusations...there's gotta be a reason.. Arson, is not a misdemeanor offense...at this point this person could serve up to 2 years...but there's gotta be some kind of proof!

Sheriff's x3 with assault rifle x1 went to his door. They came back up about 10 minutes later without him and left. They did not arrest him. Then the street was dark and silent again except for his drunken shouts through the trees.

I can't imagina that a fire marshall and deputy would just walk away from this....and leave it up to you to get a restraining order...

http://www.ncga.state.nc.us...cle_15.pdf

Is there proof that arson was actually committed...just trying to figure out why law enforcement would just walk away from this.

Don't you two rent a place? What did the landlord say?

maybe it was the landlord...

If the well/pump house was set on fire...exactly where was the fire department...fire marshall/sheriffs office...
